If you are new to training the best thing to do is give us a call to talk about how training can help you and what would be the best way to get started, remember you don't have to be fit to start training.
If you are active already, just show up at training for a free class with a health and fitness form or pick one up when you get there a few minutes early. (25/01/2009 10:36:46)
