Owner/chef Warren Turnbull (formerly of Cruise) worked in Europe for three years, and he admits it is those Old World influences that drive the offerings at his latest restaurant. Expect delights such as a smoked salmon terrine with pickled cucumber and beetroot sorbet, and a menu that is regularly refurbished in its entirety.
